B2B Outbound Engine

31 qualified calls in 60 days

A SaaS company was moving into a market where nobody knew them. No list, no pipeline, and no way to tell whether the silence meant the message was wrong or the people were.

The challenge

Entering a market from zero means every part of outbound is unproven at the same time. They didn't know which titles to talk to, didn't have verified addresses for them, and had already run sequences that came back almost empty. With all three unknown, a bad week told them nothing about which one to fix.

Our approach

  1. 1

Started with the ICP rather than the copy: which companies, which titles, and what has to be true about an account before it's worth a message at all.

  2. 2

Built the list to that definition and verified every address, then enriched each record with the specific data points the sequence would reference.

  3. 3

Ran the sequence in steps across email and LinkedIn, so a contact who ignored the first message met a different angle instead of the same one again.

  4. 4

Booked qualified calls straight into the client's calendar and kept narrowing the list and the copy against what replied.

The outcome

  • 31 qualified calls on the calendar in the first 60 days.

  • Reply rates tripled against the outbound the client had been running before.

  • The engine now runs in-house, on the same ICP definition and sequence structure.

First agency that treated lead gen like an engineering problem. The list quality was on another level.
