Brand Channel Relaunch

4.2x engagement in one quarter

A consumer brand's channels had gone quiet. Posts went up when somebody remembered, they didn't look like each other, and engagement had fallen every quarter for a while.

White tiles lying flat and scattered, passing an upright gate that stands them on edge into an evenly spaced line, with a heavy orange arc sweeping back over the line carrying one tile the other way, labelled Posts, Calendar and Reporting

The challenge

Nothing about the account was wrong in a way anyone could point at, which is why it drifted for as long as it did. Posting was irregular, the look no longer matched the brand, and there was no plan that would have told anyone what to publish next Tuesday.

Our approach

  1. 1

Refreshed the visual identity first, so every post after the relaunch reads as the same brand.

  2. 2

Built a calendar across all three channels, far enough ahead that publishing stopped depending on somebody having an idea that morning.

  3. 3

Ran the community day to day: replies, comments, messages, in the brand's voice rather than a support voice.

  4. 4

Reported monthly on what actually earned engagement, then moved more of the calendar toward it.

The outcome

  • Engagement up 4.2x inside a single quarter.

  • Three channels that finally look like one brand.

  • A calendar and a reporting rhythm the brand's own team can keep running.

They took over our social channels completely. Consistent, on-brand, and the clearest monthly report I've seen.
